承受弯矩大直径空间相贯节点足尺模型试验与设计研究

[摘要]   结合贵阳奥体中心主体育场钢结构工程,对承受弯矩的大直径钢管相贯节点进行了足尺模型极限承载力破坏试验。对节点试验过程和破坏现象进行了深入研究,分析了各加载阶段相贯节点的应力分布情况及整个加载过程塑性区的发展过程,结合有限元分析对空间相贯节点破坏机理进行分析研究,得出了此类节点的破坏模式,并对该类型钢管相贯节点破坏判定准则进行探讨。通过模型试验来研究承受弯矩大直径相贯节点的设计承载力,并分别与规范计算结果和有限元计算结果进行对比分析,提出设计建议,为有关规范的修改及工程设计提供参考。应用有限元计算方法研究腹杆偏心产生弯矩对空间相贯节点承载力的影响,对工程实际中经常发生的施工偏差情况下节点的安全性判断提出了建议。

Full-scale model experiment and research of large diameter steel tubular spatial penetrated joint subject to moment

Abstract:The damage test of ultimate bearing capacity for the full-scale joint of large diameter penetrated pipes subject to moment was performed for the steel roof of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center. For the sake of further research on test process and damage phenomenon of the joint, both the damage pattern and the damage determination criteria of this type of joint were determined by analyzing the stress distribution of penetrated joint during each loading step and the plastic zone development process during the whole loading process, as well as the damage mechanics of spatial penetrated joint was studied by finite element analysis (FEA). The design bearing capacity of this joint subject to moment was studied through experiment, compared to the results from the local code and FEA, in order to provide some design advice and references for the revision of local code and design. The impacts of moment due to eccentricity of the web bar on the bearing capacity of the spatial penetrated joint were studied by FEA to provide some suggestions for the safety determination of this joint because of construction deviation in real projects.
