12m预应力混凝土鱼腹式吊车梁短期荷载试验

[摘要]对现场预制的12m预应力混凝土鱼腹式吊车梁进行了试验研究。通过2点加载测得了该类吊车梁的荷载-变形曲线,并观察了荷载作用下试验梁的挠度变化和裂缝发展情况。论述了静载试验方法和具体实施过程,试验结果表明:该预应力混凝土鱼腹式吊车梁结构工作性能良好,结构强度和刚度均满足设计和规范要求。

Experimental study on 12m prestressed concrete fish-bellied crane girders under short-term load

Abstract:A test for 12m field precast prestressed concrete fish-bellied crane girders was carried out. The load-strain curve was obtained through experimental investigation by two concentrically in-plane loads. In the process of test, the change of flexibility and crack was observed. The method and the process of the experiment were discussed. The research result shows that the strength and rigidity of prestressed concrete fish-bellied crane girder can meet the demands of design.
