锈蚀钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁静力学性能试验

[摘要]通过对10根钢筋混凝土梁进行静载试验,研究分析了钢筋锈蚀率和钢纤维掺量对试验梁的承载力、荷载-挠度曲线、钢筋和混凝土应变等的影响。试验结果表明:随着钢筋锈蚀率的增大,试验梁的极限承载力和刚度均明显降低,屈强比增大,钢筋与混凝土正截面平均应变不再符合平截面假定。由于钢纤维的增强和阻裂作用,锈蚀钢筋钢纤维混凝土梁的受力性能优于锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的,对于提高钢筋混凝土构件的耐久性有积极作用。

Experimental research on static mechanical behavior of corroded reinforced concrete beams with steel fiber

Abstract:Through the static load test for 10 reinforced concrete (RC) beams, the influences of the steel bar corrosion rate and the quantity of steel fiber on capacity, load-deflection curve, strains of reinforced bars and concrete and so on, were analyzed. The test results indicate that with the steel bar corrosion rate increases, bearing capacity and stiffness of the tested beams reduce obviously, and the tensile ratio increases. The normal section average strains of steel bars and concrete no longer meet the plane section assumption. Owing to the strength and crack resistance of steel fiber, the performance of corroded reinforced steel fiber concrete beams is superior to the performance of corroded RC beams. The steel fiber has  positive effect to improve the durability of RC structures.
