[摘要]南京徐矿明星国际商务中心是由两栋高层建筑组成的双塔连体建筑,双塔采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,连接体采用钢桁架和钢框架结构体系。扩初设计阶段采用两个不同力学模型的三维空间分析软件SATWE和ETABS进行结构的整体内力位移分析计算,以满足规范的各项要求。

Structural design in Nanjing Xukuang Mingxing International Business Center Lang Ting, Shao Qiang, Wang Han

Abstract:Nanjing Xukuang Mingxing International Business Center was designed as a twin-tower building. Each tower in this building was supported by reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure. The connection between the two towers was composed of steel truss and steel frame. Two 3-D analysis softwares, SATWE and ETABS, were used in the development design to calculate the internal force and deformation of the twin-tower building. The calculated results show that the designed structure can meet the requirements of Chinese structural codes.
