海岛上捆绑式结构设计分析

[摘要]建于海中孤岛上体型复杂的某钢筋混凝土双塔建筑独立面对强大的海风和地震作用,采取了若干措施仍无法达到安全使用要求。最终采用竖向连体钢支撑桁架方案将双塔捆绑起来共同工作,不但建筑物使用安全达到现行国家标准要求,而且降低了工程造价;通过采用粘滞阻尼器,大大降低了风和地震作用,有效改善了建筑物的使用功能。

Structural design and analysis of the bonded double-tower structure on the island

Abstract:The complicated RC double-tower structure built on the island can not meet the safety regulation under wind and earthquake action. A new design scheme was  proposed which bonds the double towers by vertical steel\|braced truss. This scheme can not only make the double\|tower structure meet the national standard qualification, but also reduce the engineering cost. Viscous damper was also taken to control the vibration caused by wind and earthquake action, which improved the structural performance effectively.
