大直径后注浆钻孔压灌桩在某地铁车辆段的应用

[摘要]北京地铁7号线焦化厂车辆段为北京市首个全埋式地下车辆段,总建筑面积约29万m2,基础采用桩基础+防水板结构形式。在对地质条件进行详细分析的基础上,结合桩基成桩工艺,对初步设计桩长30m的泥浆护壁旋挖钻孔灌注桩进行了优化。新桩基采用长螺旋钻孔压灌桩一次成桩,通过桩端后注浆技术,桩长缩短12m,节约了工期,增强了成桩质量。基桩检测结果表明,全部新基桩符合设计要求。

Application of post grouting bored pile with large diameter in metro depot

Abstract:Jiaohuachang Metro Depot of Beijing Metro Line 7 is a first complete underground metro depot in Beijing with the total construction area of 290 000m2. The foundation adopts structural form of pile foundation and waterproof plate. Based on detailed analysis of the geological and hydrogeological data, the 30m-long rotating drill bored pile with slurry protection was optimized combined with pile foundation forming technology. The new pile foundation adopted bored pile with long auger to form the pile in only one drill. Through the post grouting technology of the pile end, the pile length shortens 12m, saves the construction period, and enhances the quality of the pile formation. Pile foundation testing results show that all new piles can meet the design requirements.
