[摘要]在软土地基上进行长距离建筑物移位时,地基加固设计直接影响着建筑物的安全和工程造价。如何获得既满足沉降控制标准又能达到经济效益最优的地基加固方案,成为该类工程的主要技术问题。依托龙溪塔移位工程,分析了软土地基上移位工程的控制标准,并采用E.Winkler弹性地基梁法对复合地基加固后的轨道梁的沉降变形进行验算。从控制地基及轨道梁沉降变形的技术经济角度考虑,通过调整桩间距和桩长两个参数对原复合地基加固方案进行了优化。龙溪塔的成功移位表明,在按承载力设计的基础上,采用沉降控制的优化设计可行,优化后的加固方案较原方案节约了42%的经济成本。研究成果可为今后同类工程地基加固设计及实施提供借鉴。

Optimum design of composite foundation for settlement control of ancient tower translocation project

Abstract:In the case of long-distance building translocation on soft solid foundation, the foundation reinforcement designs directly impact building safety and project cost. How to formulate a foundation reinforcement protocol to meet settlement control standards and obtain best economic benefits has become the main technology issue. Based on Longxi Tower translocation project, the control specification of translocation project on soft solid foundation was analyzed, and E.Winkler elastic foundation beam method was used to conduct checking on the settlement transformation of track beam treated by composite foundation. Considering from the technology and economy aspects of controlling foundation and track beam settlement transformation, the original composite foundation treatment scheme could be optimized by adjusting two parameters of whole pile spacing and pile length. The success of Longxi Tower translocation indicates that on the basis of design according to bearing capacity, it is feasible to adopt settlement control to optimize design, and the optimized reinforcement protocol can reduce 42% economic cost than the original one. This research result can provide references for the design and implementation of similar project foundation reinforcements.
