苏河湾41街坊41C搭接柱转换结构设计*

[摘要]由于建筑立面及建筑功能的需求,苏河湾41街坊41C多处采用了转换结构,其中2层北面大厅使用了搭接柱转换结构。为了保证结构的安全性,用SATWE和MIDAS/Building进行了结构整体分析,计算结果表明各项指标均符合《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)要求。根据搭接柱转换结构的受力特点,进行了与搭接块相连的梁、板结构的受力分析以及搭接块的设计和应力分析,分析结果表明,在搭接块宽度较小的情况下,与搭接块相连的梁、板的设计由罕遇地震作用结果控制,并且应通过加强措施增强其轴向刚度。除了按设计要点对搭接块进行设计外,还可设置芯柱以增加其延性。

Transfer structure design of lapping column of Building 41C in No.41 Neighborhood of Suhe Creek

Abstract:Because of the facade and function requirements, Building 41C in No.41 Neighborhood of Suhe Creek adopts multiple transfer structures among which lapping column transfer structure is used in the 2nd floor of the north hall. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, structural integral analysis was carried out using SATWE and MIDAS/Building. The calculation results show that all the indexes are in compliance with the requirements of Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2010). According to the mechanical characteristics of lapping transfer structure, force analysis of beams and slabs connected with the lapping block were carried out as well as design and stress analysis of the lapping columns. Analysis results show that when the width of lapping block is small, design of the adjacent beams and floors is controlled by results of rare earthquake action, and it is necessary to take measures to strengthen the axial stiffness of them. Besides the design points, setting core-column in lapping block to increase its ductility can be adopted.
