移动硅谷创新中心二期7#办公楼叠层斜腹桁架托柱转换设计

摘 要

[摘要]移动硅谷创新中心二期项目7#办公楼为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。为了获得底部大堂大空间,需要在2层顶部进行局部托柱转换,转换体系上部结构为22层,转换跨度为13-5m。结合概念设计和计算分析,对转换部位的结构布置进行了方案比选,最终采用型钢混凝土叠层斜腹桁架方案。计算表明,叠层斜腹桁架传力途径简短明确,转换效率高,并能调节结构整体竖向刚度,具有良好的抗震性能。还介绍了本工程的模型分析、杆件设计等,并对节点连接等构造措施进行了探讨。

Support column transfer design of laminated oblique web truss in No.7 office building of Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Centre Ⅱ

Abstract:The reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure is adopted for No.7 building of Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Centre Ⅱ. To get large space at the bottom lobby, local support column transfer is needed in top of second floor. The upper structure of the transformation system has 22 layers  and transfer span is 13-5m. Based on the concept design and calculation analysis, the structure layouts of the transfer parts in different schemes were compared and the steel reinforced concrete laminated oblique abdominal truss was selected. The calculation results show that the force transfer path of laminated oblique web truss is brief and definite, transfer efficiency is high, the vertical stiffness of the structure can be adjusted, and it has good seismic performance. The model analysis and member design of the project were also introduced, and structural measures as joint connection were discussed.
