[摘要]承德某住宅小区各单体建筑分布于山谷之内,对其中的7栋住宅楼的地基基础设计进行了介绍,由于建设场地地形复杂,原状地面标高和持力层岩石面均有较大起伏,所以各单体建筑根据不同地质情况采用了不同的地基处理方式和基础形式,包括人工挖孔桩基础、扩底桩基础、条形基础、筏板基础及不同基础形式的组合基础。通过工程的设计和施工实践,给出了山区地基基础设计的几点建议。

Foundation design of mountain foundation for a residential district in Chengde

Abstract:All single buildings of the residential district in Chengde are distributed in the valley. Foundation design for seven residential buildings was introduced. Terrain of construction site is complex. The origin ground elevation rises and falls as well as supporting rock ranges. Therefore, different ground treatment methods and foundation forms were adopted in different single buildings including artificial digging hole pile foundation, pile foundation with expanded-base, strip foundation, raft foundation and so on. According to the design and construction, some suggestions were proposed for the design of mountain foundations.
