高延性纤维混凝土抗压强度试验研究*

[摘要]通过9组不同配合比高延性纤维混凝土立方体和棱柱体试块的抗压强度试验,研究不同尺寸高延性纤维混凝土立方体与棱柱体抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明,高延性纤维混凝土试块纵向受压时表现出良好的抗压韧性;高延性纤维混凝土强度比值系数随着材料延性的提高而增大,水胶比和粉煤灰掺量增大,强度比值系数有所提高;试验得到截面为100,70-7,40mm的高延性纤维混凝土试块强度比值系数分别为0-91,0-88,0-80。根据试验结果,提出了高延性纤维混凝土的轴心抗压强度计算公式。

Experimental research on compressive strength of high ductility fiber reinforced concrete

Abstract:Through compressive strength tests of 9 groups of high ductility fiber reinforced concrete cubes (with different mix proportions) and prism specimens, the relationship between the compressive strength of high ductility fiber reinforced concrete cubes and prisms with different dimensions was studied. The results show that high ductility fiber reinforced concrete specimens show good compressive toughness under longitudinal pressure. Strength ratio coefficient of high ductility fiber reinforced concrete increases with increase of the material ductility, and strength ratio coefficient increases when water-cement ratio and fly ash content increase. Strength ratio coefficients of the high ductility fiber reinforced concrete specimens with sizes of 100, 70-7 and 40mm are 0-91, 0-88 and 0-80 respectively. According to the test results, the axial compressive strength calculation formula of high ductility fiber reinforced concrete was proposed.
