外包花纹钢-压型钢板混凝土组合梁试验研究

[摘要]提出了一种外包花纹钢压型钢板混凝土组合梁,为研究其受弯及滑移性能,进行了6根简支组合梁的静力加载试验,重点考察抗滑移连接度的变化对组合梁受力性能的影响,对试件的荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线和荷载-滑移分布曲线等进行了分析。试验结果表明,随着抗滑移连接度的降低,试件的抗弯承载能力和延性均随之降低;组合梁中纵筋的设置将有效提高组合梁的抗弯承载力和抗滑移连接度,使得发生弯曲破坏的组合梁延性降低,发生滑移破坏的组合梁延性提高;考虑外包花纹钢梁和混凝土之间的粘结滑移,给出了部分抗滑移连接外包花纹钢-压型钢板混凝土组合梁的极限受弯承载力计算公式,理论计算值与试验值吻合较好。

Experimental study on  checkered steel-encased concrete composite beam with profiled sheeting

Abstract:A new type of checkered steel-encased concrete composite beam with profiled sheeting has been proposed. Static load tests on six simply-supported beams were carried out to study the bending and slipping performance of the composite beam. The influence  the anti-slipping connection degree of  on the mechanical properties of the composite beam  was investigated emphatically, and the load-deflection curves, load-strain curves and load-slipping curves of specimens were analyzed. The test results show that the flexural bearing capacity and ductility of the composite beam decrease with the decrease of the anti-slipping connection degree, the setting of the longitudinal reinforcement can improve the flexural bearing capacity and the anti-slipping connection degree effectively, which also lead to a decrease of ductility to those beams appeared bending failure and an increase of ductility to those appeared slip failure. Calculation formulas of the ultimate flexural bearing capacity for partial anti-slipping connection composite beam with profiled sheeting have been proposed considering the cohesive action between the checkered steel plate and concrete, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the test results.
