新梁旧板组合构件受弯性能试验研究*

[摘要]设计制作了6个相同叠合形式但剪切件间距和连接形式不同的新梁旧板的组合构件、1个整浇钢筋混凝土T形梁进行受弯性能试验,研究不同剪切件布置间距、连接形式对组合构件裂缝的开展形式和受弯性能的影响。试验结果表明,旧板开孔个数越多组合构件的整体性越好。当旧板上开孔的个数能够使得旧板和新浇筑的梁连接良好时,新梁和旧板形成的组合构件能够共同工作。采用钢筋形式的剪切件有助于防止组合构件中旧板掀起,使组合构件能够协调工作。

Experimental study on the flexural behaviors of composite component of  post pouring beam and existing slab

Abstract:Flexural experiments of six composite components of post pouring beam and existing slab with different spacing and layout form of shear specimen and one contrast integral pouring T-shaped beam were made. The influence of spacing and layout form of shear specimen on the cracking distribution and flexural behavior  were studied. The experimental results show that the integrity of composite components gets better when more holes were made in the existing slab. The connection of post pouring beam and existing slab gets better when the holes were set enough, and the composite component which consists of post pouring beam and existing slab can work together. Using steel bars as shear specimen can avoid the existing slab separate from composite component and make composite components work coordinately.
