合肥交通银行多功能厅钢结构设计

[摘要]合肥交通银行多功能厅平面呈类椭圆形,2层平台以上屋盖采用大跨度三角钢管桁架结构(跨度40~53m),沿径向均匀设置24榀三角钢管桁架,桁架汇交于中心加强环。针对该工程结构方案的比较、建模分析等关键问题进行探讨,包括主桁架、环桁架、中心加强环等关键构件的计算分析、关键节点的设计与构造。采用将钢屋盖置于混凝土平台的方案,运用应变能阻尼比计算方法实现钢-混组合结构阻尼比的正确计算,同时补充重要支座节点的有限元分析。整体计算结果表明,本工程钢屋盖及支座具有较好的刚度及稳定性。

Steel structure design on multifunction hall of Hefei Bank of Communications

Abstract:The multifunction hall of Hefei Bank of Communications has an oval-like shape. The roof above the platform at second floor adopts large-span triangular steel tube truss structure with span of 40~53m. There are 24 pieces of triangular steel tube trusses uniformly arranged along the radial direction, and trusses converge on the center reinforcement ring. The key problems were discussed including structural scheme comparison of the project, modeling analysis. The calculation and analysis of the key components and design and construction of the key nodes were conducted including the main truss, belt truss and central reinforcement ring. By using the scheme of putting steel roof above the concrete platform, strain energy damping ratio calculation method was used to realize correct calculation of the damping ratio of the steel-concrete composite structure. And the finite element analysis of the important bearing nodes was also added. The whole calculation results show that the steel roof and bearing of the project have better rigidity and stability.
