深港西部通道旅检大楼结构设计

[摘要]深港西部通道旅检大楼是一栋超长、体型复杂的巨型钢-混凝土混合结构,钢柱倾斜,钢梁跨度大、截面小。港方使用的一侧需同时符合中国大陆和中国香港的规范,在结构选型、抗震设计、抗风设计及施工上都存在难点。设计时在深港分界处设置了防震缝,将建筑物分成两个抗震单元,并选取了合理的结构布置方式。进行了小震弹性分析,结果表明计算指标均能符合规范要求。对抗震分析中的关键问题、巨型钢结构稳定性问题进行了详细的分析,在关键的部位和节点采取了有效的措施。通过风洞试验得到准确的风压系数和风振系数,并据此进行了抗风设计。对施工的难点提出了解决方法,供类似工程参考。

Structural design of Passenger Terminal Building in Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor

Abstract:Passenger Terminal Building in Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor is a super-long mega steel-concrete hybrid structure with complex shape including inclined steel columns, large-span steel girder, and small cross sections. The structure part in Hong Kong needs to meet requirements of relevant codes of both Hong Kong and Mainland of  China. There are some difficulties in structural system selection, seismic design, wind resistant design and construction. In design, the seismic joint was arranged in the boundary between Shenzhen and Hong Kong to divide the building into two seismic units, and the reasonable arrangement of the structure was selected. Elastic analysis under frequent earthquake was conducted and the results show that the calculated parameters can meet the requirements of the specifications. The key problems in the seismic analysis and the stability problem of the mega steel structure were analyzed in detail, and the effective measures were taken in the key parts and joints. Accurate wind pressure coefficient and wind vibration coefficient were obtained by wind tunnel test, and wind resistance design was carried out accordingly. The solution to the difficulty of construction was put forward to provide reference for similar engineering.
