[摘要]深圳来福士广场属于大型商业公共建筑,其中A座为部分框支剪力墙结构。由于受建筑功能限制,需在塔楼内部设置电影院,使得结构需在7层进行高位转换,且跨度较大,最大跨度达22m。通过PKPM,ETABS,PERFORM-3D等软件进行结构计算分析,结果表明,对于此种大跨结构采用斜柱进行转换,以减小转换梁跨度的做法是可行的,且减小了对建筑功能的影响。同时针对大跨高位转换也提出了相应的加强措施。

Out-of-code design on high-position conversion of Raffles Square in Shenzhen

Abstract:Raffles Square in Shenzhen is a large commercial public building, including the No. A building with the partially framed shear wall structure. Due to the building function limits, a cinema needs to be set inside the tower, which needs a high-position conversion with the largest span up to 22m at seventh layer of the structure. Programs of PKPM,ETABS and PERFORM-3D were used to conduct calculation and analysis on the structure. Analysis results show that it is feasible using inclined column conversion in such a large span structure to reduce the conversion beam span and reduce the effect on building function. Related strengthening measures were also raised for large-span high-position conversion.
