佛山保利商务中心超高空天灯结构设计与研究

[摘要]佛山保利商务中心结构高度为250m,建筑顶部采用了中国传统习俗中漂浮的孔明灯造型。因此,如何实现顶部天灯通透轻盈的效果是结构设计的难点。天灯结构采用了空间钢框架-单层双向立体(四面)索网幕墙结构体系,沿天灯外轮廓设置了空间格构柱和钢桁架作为索网幕墙的支承。通过对拉索施加合理的预应力,保证其有足够的刚度承担平面外的风荷载和地震作用。为保证结构的安全性以及降低施工难度,钢结构节点采用设置加劲外环肋的加强方式且部分采用铸钢节点,并对特殊节点进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明此加强方式安全可行。

Design and study on super high lantern structure of Poly Commercial Central Tower in Foshan

Abstract:The structural height of Poly Commercial Central Tower in Foshan is 250m and there is a floating Kongming lantern shape in traditional Chinese custom at the top of this project. Therefore, it is a difficulty in structural design for how to achieve the transparent and light effect of the top lantern. The structural system of the super high lantern adopts spatial steel frame-monolayer-bidirectional-stereoscopic cable curtain wall, and the spatial lattice column and steel truss are set along the outer contour of the lantern to use as supports of cable curtain wall. Reasonable pre-stress was conducted on cables to ensure the structure has enough stiffness to resist out-of-plane wind load and seismic action. To ensure structural safety and reduction of construction difficulty, the steel joints adopt strengthening method of external annular stiffener and partly adopt cast steel joints. And finite element analysis on special joints was conducted. Analysis results show that this strengthening method is safe and feasible.
