保利国际广场二期结构设计

[摘要]保利国际广场二期为带巨型转换桁架的框架-剪力墙超限结构,4个剪力墙筒沿结构周边布置,巨型转换桁架位于结构3层,并在结构2~4层剪力墙中设置钢板形成钢板剪力墙形式。介绍了结构体系、设计条件,并对结构受力特点及超限情况进行阐述。对风荷载及小震、中震、大震作用下的结构及构件进行分析,分析结果表明,采取合理的措施和对策,结构能够满足设定的抗震性能目标。最后对巨型钢转换桁架进行防火设计,确定砂浆厚度。

Structural design of Second Phase Project for Poly International Plaza

Abstract:The Second Phase Project for Poly International Plaza is a frame-shear wall out-of-code structure with mega conversion truss. Four shear wall tubes are disposed along the periphery of the structure. Mega conversion truss is located in the third structural floor and the steel plates are set in shear walls of the second, the third and fourth structural floors to form steel plate shear wall structural system. The structural system and design conditions were introduced, and structural mechanism characteristics and out-of-code conditions were illustrated. The structure and opponents were analyzed under wind loads and frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes. Analysis results show that  adopted reasonable measures can make structure  meet expected seismic fortification goals. The fire protection design of mega steel conversion truss was conducted to determine the mortar thickness.
