拱转换结构设计研究

[摘要]广东现代广告创意中心工程因建筑平面中部有一栋建筑需保留,导致该建筑上方的结构须做转换。在分析了实腹梁转换结构以及桁架转换结构在本工程中存在的问题后,提出了一种新的转换结构形式——拱转换结构。与实腹梁相比较,拱转换结构具有截面小、自重轻、竖向变形小等优点;与桁架转换结构相比,结构扭转减小,楼层刚度突变减小。通过本工程实际案例分析可知,拱转换结构受力具有以下特点:拱的受力控制工况为竖向荷载;拱轴力只有压力;拱的第一阶屈曲模态为面外失稳;拱推力消散较快。转换拱是本工程最关键的构件,针对该构件的设计,专门制定了相应的技术措施。大震分析以及节点应力分析结果反映这些措施给结构的安全可靠性提供了很好的保证。最后给出有关大样节点图,希望能给类似工程设计提供一些参考。

Study on structural design of transfer arch structure

Abstract:In order to preserve an historical building in the central plane of the Creative of Modern Advertising of Guangdong Province  project, a transfer structure should be made to support the upper floors. After analyzing the limitations of solid web beam-transfer and truss-transfer structures in this project,  a new transfer structural form was proposed, namely arch-transfer structure. Compared with solid web beam-transfer structure, arch-transfer structure has advantages of smaller cross-section, lighter weight and smaller vertical deformation. Compared with truss-transfer structure, arch-transfer structure has smaller torsional effect and smaller floor stiffness mutation. The case study of this project shows that the arch-transfer structure has following characteristics: vertical loading is the controlling working condition of the arch and the compression force is the only axial force in the arch. The first order buckling mode of the arch is out-of-plane stability. The arch thrust dissipates quickly. The transfer arch is the most important component of the construction. Specific technical measures were established for the structural design. The seismic analysis under rare earthquake and joint stress analysis results show that these measures provide a good guarantee for the safety and reliability of the structure. Finally, relevant joint detail drawings were provided to give some references for similar engineering designs.
