[摘要]肇庆大旺总统大酒店为采用框架-核心筒结构的超高层建筑,存在塔楼偏置、跃层柱、屋面偏心收进等多种不规则情况。采用多种程序对结构进行弹性、弹塑性分析,保证结构在小震下完全弹性,同时补充了关键构件在中震和大震下的验算,计算结果表明多项指标均满足规范要求。根据计算结果中构件的损伤情况,对关键构件如底部剪力墙、框架柱、跃层柱、悬挑构件、钢管混凝土斜撑等采取有效构造加强措施,以保证其在地震作用下的延性。

Super high-rise structural analysis on President Hotel in Dawang District of Zhaoqing

Abstract:President Hotel in Dawang District of Zhaoqing is a super high-rise frame-corewall structure with many structural irregularities including the offsetting tower, skip-floor columns and off-center setback of the roof. Different programs were used to conduct elastic and elastic-plastic analysis on the structure to ensure that the whole building keeps elastic under frequent earthquake. Meanwhile, the key components were calculated under fortification and rare earthquakes, the calculation results show that a number of indicators can meet the requirements in building codes. Based on the damage condition of the structural members in the results, some effective detail strengthening measures were conducted on the key members such as bottom shear walls, frame columns, skip-floor columns, cantilever members and oblique braces with concrete filled steel pipe, to ensure the ductility of the members under seismic actions.
