多层带悬挑大跨钢连廊结构设计

[摘要]徐州某物流园区在两栋结构体系完全不同的塔楼间设置了大跨度钢连廊,大跨度钢连廊纵向柱间跨度为49-5m、横向柱间跨度为16-8m,并带有较大长度的悬挑端。采用钢桁架与楼面钢梁的结构形式,通过可滑动的球形钢支座实现连廊与两端主体结构的连接,保证了连廊本身的强度与刚度。并按规范要求控制楼盖的竖向振动加速度,确保了支座与支承柱的可靠连接。

Structural design of large-span and multi-story steel gallery with large cantilever

Abstract:Large-span steel gallery is set between the two towers with completely different structural systems in a  logistics park in Xuzhou. The longitudinal column spacing of the large-span steel gallery is 49-5m, and transverse column spacing is 16-8m, and there are cantilever structures with large-length. The structural form of steel truss and floor steel beam is adopted and the connection between the gallery and the main structure at the two ends is realized through the sliding spherical steel bearing, which ensures the strength and stiffness of the gallery. And the vertical vibration acceleration of floor is controlled according to the specification to ensure reliable connection of the bearing and the supporting column.
