[摘要]结合新加坡植物园展览温室结构中铸钢节点的初始设计方案,对该铸钢节点进行了足尺静力加载试验和有限元分析,研究了其承载力、刚度、应力分布和破坏机理。材性试验结果表明,此类铸钢材料宜采用线性强化塑性本构模型。通过比较试验和有限元分析得到的节点荷载-挠度曲线以及应力分布可以得出,有限元计算与试验结果吻合良好,文中建立的有限元模型能够很好地分析铸钢节点的受力性能。基于研究结果对该类铸钢节点的设计提出了建议,为实际工程应用提供了参考。

Experiments on the behavior of cross-shaped cast steel joints in reticulated shell structures

Abstract:Based on the design of cast steel joints used in exhibition greenhouse at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore, full-scale static loading test and finite element analysis(FEA) were carried out to study the mechanical behavior. The material test results show that the elastic-linear hardening plastic constitutive model is more suitable for this cast steel material. By comparing the load-deflection curves and the stress distribution of the test and FEA, the two results were in good agreement with each other and the FEA model could well simulate the behavior of the cast steel joints. Some suggestions for the design of this cast steel joints were put forward which can provide reference for practical engineering application.
