宿迁开发区光电中心光电塔结构设计

[摘要]宿迁开发区光电中心光电塔结构采用交叉网格筒中筒钢结构体系,基础形式为桩基础。光电塔表皮为复杂异形曲面,塔处于高烈度区且受风荷载大,如何确定结构的空间布置、设计复杂结构及其连接节点为设计难点。介绍了光电塔结构体系、杆件截面形式及设计目标;基于MIDAS Gen,YJK软件对上部结构进行了计算以确保分析结果的可靠性,在计算时除考虑恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载、地震作用外,还考虑了温度作用,并对结构的整体稳定性进行了分析;对典型复杂节点受力性能以及基于CATIA二次开发技术进行节点设计及其施工图生成进行了初步介绍。计算结果表明设计目标均满足规范要求。

Structural design of photoelectric tower in Suqian Development Zone Photoelectric Center

Abstract:The photoelectric tower in Suqian Development Zone Photoelectric Center adopts staggered grid tube-in-tube steel structural system, and the pile foundation is adopted. The epidermal form of the tower is complex irregular surface and the tower locates at high seismic intensity area with large wind load, so the design difficulties include the structural spatial layout determination, complex structure design and connection joint design. The structural system of the tower was introduced as well as the member section form and design goals. Based on programs of MIDAS Gen and YJK, the upper structure was calculated to ensure the reliability of the analysis results. During the calculation, not only the dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake action were considered, but  also the thermal action was  taken into account, and the overall stability of the structure was also analyzed. The mechanical properties of typical complex joint, and the joint design and its corresponding construction drawing generated based on CATIA secondary development technology were also introduced preliminarily. The calculated results show that the design goals meet the requirements of the codes.
