[摘要]苏州合景大型商业综合体地下3层,地上裙房为8层框架结构,塔楼为22层框架-剪力墙结构,总高度93-190m。本项目结构形状不规则,体型复杂,通过PKPM,ETABS软件进行多遇地震、设防烈度地震、罕遇地震下的结构计算分析,并对结构进行Pushover分析、温度应力分析。计算结果表明,通过多种软件计算分析以及采取有针对性的加强措施,能够实现结构预定的性能设计目标,保证了结构的安全及抗震性能。

Structural design of Hejing Large Commercial Complex in Suzhou

Abstract:Hejing Large Commercial Complex in Suzhou has three layers underground, and upper podium is an 8-layer frame structure. The tower is a 22-layer frame-shear wall structure with a total height of 93-190m. The project structure shape is irregular and complex. Software of PKPM and ETABS were used to conduct structure calculation and analysis under the frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes, and the Pushover analysis, temperature stress analysis were conducted on the structure.The calculation results show that the performance of the structure can be achieved by a variety of software calculation and analysis as well as the targeted strengthening measures,which ensure the safety and seismic performance of the structure.Keywords:large commercial complex; frame structure; out-of-code analysis; temperature stress; Pushove analysis
