[摘要]苏州新闻大厦裙房为大面积斜板结构,分析比较此类裙房结构的建模方法及采用不同结构体系的抗震性能。计算结果表明,对于此类存在大面积斜板的结构,应考虑斜板对结构分析的影响;结构体系应考虑多道抗震防线,框-|剪力墙结构体系的抗震性能要优于框架结构;采用一道抗震防线时,应提高与斜板相连框架柱在设防地震及罕遇地震下的性能目标。

Structural analysis and design on podium of Suzhou News Building with diagonal plate structure

Abstract:The podium of Suzhou News Building is a large-scale diagonal plate structure. The different modeling methods and structural systems were analyzed and seismic performances were compared. The calculation results show that the influence of the diagonal plate should be considered in structural design and multiple seismic resistant systems should be used in large-scale diagonal plate structures. The seismic performance of the frame shear wall structure is better than that of the frame structure. Performance objective of frame columns connected with diagonal plate should be improved under moderate and rare earthquakes when the single seismic resistant system was used.
