武汉诚功大厦和大连鞍钢金融中心两座超高层基础方案选型对比

[摘要]武汉诚功大厦与大连鞍钢金融中心结构高度分别为219.8m和247-3m,均属超高层结构。武汉诚功大厦主楼及裙房基础均采用筏板基础,裙房采用抗拔桩处理抗浮问题;大连鞍钢金融中心主楼采用桩筏基础,裙房采用筏板基础,裙房采用抗浮锚杆处理抗浮问题。主要介绍武汉诚功大厦与大连鞍钢金融中心两座超高层的基础形式以及选用现有基础形式的原因。两座超高层基础形式在200m级别超高层中具有典型性,其选型过程对类似工程具有重要的借鉴意义和指导意义。

Comparison of foundation scheme selections of super high-rise buildings of Wuhan Chenggong Building and Dalian Angang Financial Center

Abstract:Structural heights of Wuhan Chenggong Building and Dalian Angang Financial Center are 219.8m and 247-3m respectively. And they are all super high-rise structures. The  raft foundation is adopted in the foundation of main building and the podium of Wuhan Chenggong Building,  and uplift pile foundation is adopted in the podium to treat anti-floating problem. The main building of Dalian Angang Financial Center adopts piled raft foundation,  and the podium adopts raft foundation as well as anti-floating anchor to treat anti-floating problem. Foundation forms of  Wuhan Chenggong Building and Dalian Angang Financial Center were mainly introduced as well as the reasons for foundation form selection. The foundation forms of the two super high-rise buildings were very typical in the 200m-level super high-rise buildings,  and the foundation selection process had important reference and guiding significance for other similar projects.
