[摘要]武汉诚功大厦采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,核心筒顶部高度为194-6m, 顶部钻石造型高度为25-4m。采用施工模拟分析方法,对在混凝土收缩徐变效应作用下的竖向构件累计变形、变形差,以及构件内力变化进行分析并总结规律。分析结果表明,竖向构件的累计变形、变形差、内力变化较大,需要在设计阶段和施工阶段采取措施予以避免。

Non load effect analysis on super high-rise building of Wuhan Chenggong Building

Abstract:Wuhan Chenggong Building adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system. The top height of the corewall is 194-6m, and the height of top diamond shape is 25-4m. The construction simulation analysis method was used to analyze and summarize the cumulative deformation, the deformation difference and the internal force change of the vertical members under the effect of shrinkage and creep of concrete. Analysis results show that the cumulative deformation, the deformation difference and the internal force change of vertical members are large, which need to be avoided by measures taken in the design phase and construction phase.
