武汉诚功大厦超限结构设计

[摘要]武汉诚功大厦主楼建筑平面呈切角三角形,主楼34层后框架角柱向内收进,形成斜柱,顶部设有钻石造型。采用PKPM,ETABS软件对结构进行弹性阶段对比分析,并采用SAUSAGE软件对结构进行大震弹塑性分析。依据主楼的超限情况,制定了基于整体及构件的抗震性能化目标,并针对结构的不利部位、薄弱层、剪力传递楼层、斜柱及斜柱起始楼层采取有效的加强措施,以确保结构安全、可靠,并具有良好的抗震性能。

Out-of-code structural design of Wuhan  Chenggong Building

Abstract:Wuhan Chenggong Building features tangent angle triangle in building plane. Frame corner columns above 34th floor of the main building have setbacks to form inclined columns and a diamond shape is formed at the top of the building. PKPM and ETABS programs were used to conduct comparison analysis of the structure in the elastic stage,  and SAUSAGE software was used to conduct elastic-plastic analysis of the structure under rare earthquake. On the basis of the out-of-code conditions of the main building,  seismic performance objectives based on integral and components were formulated. And effective strengthening measures were taken for unfavorable structural parts,  weak floors,  shear transfer floors,  inclined columns and starting floor of inclined columns to ensure that the structure was safe and reliable, and had good seismic performance.
