中新天津生态城十二年制学校隔震设计与研究

[摘要]中新天津生态城十二年制学校工程位于8度区(0-3g),对其中的教学楼和体育馆建筑进行了隔震设计,采用基础隔震形式,设置了355个隔震支座、211个U形钢棒阻尼器、58个黏滞阻尼器,是目前国内首次将U形钢棒阻尼器应用于隔震建筑的项目。隔震分析中计算了中震减震效果,并采用ABAQUS软件对隔震结构进行了大震作用下的验算。计算分析表明,采取隔震措施可显著降低上部结构的地震作用,解决扭转不规则问题,优化建筑布置。

Isolation design and research on 12-year-consecutive compulsory school in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city

Abstract:The 12-year-consecutive compulsory school in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city is located in region of 8 degree of seismic intensity with seismic acceleration of 0-3g. Isolation design was conducted on the teaching building and gymnasium building of the school,  and the base isolation form was adopted with 355 isolation bearings,  211 U-shaped steel rod dampers and 58 viscous dampers. The project features the first application of U-shaped steel rod damper in isolated building in China. The seismic isolation effect under fortification earthquake was calculated in seismic isolation analysis,  and ABAQUS software was used to calculate the seismic isolation structure under rare earthquake. The calculation and analysis show that the seismic isolation measure can significantly reduce the earthquake action on upper structure,  which can solve the problem of irregular torsion and optimize the building arrangement.
