石家庄站大跨度钢拱拱脚节点试验研究

[摘要]针对石家庄站上部钢结构的两个典型拱脚节点的拱墙面内、面外的受力性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,钢与混凝土交界面的抗剪键对于组合结构能够可靠工作至关重要,受力钢筋需进行可靠的面外拉结,拱脚应采取更可靠的构造形式,小钢柱与钢拱连接件的翼缘板及小钢柱内隔板应采取加强措施。试验分析为拱脚节点的结构设计提供了参考。

Experimental study on foot joints of large-span steel arch in Shijiazhuang Railway Station

Abstract:Experimental tests on the in-plane and out-of-plane mechanical properties of two typical arch foot joints of upper steel structure in Shijiazhuang Railway Station were conducted. The experimental results show that the shear connector in the interface between steel and concrete is significant to  reliable work of the composite structure. It is necessary to provide reliable  out-of-plane restriction   of the rebar and adopt more reliable structural form of the arch foot joints. The flange plate connecting the small steel column with the steel arch and the internal baffles of the small steel column should be strengthened. The experimental analysis provide reference for the structural design of arch foot joints.
