石家庄站大跨度钢拱试验研究

[摘要]针对石家庄站上部钢结构钢拱的竖向静载、水平往复荷载的受力性能进行了试验研究。竖向静载试验结果表明,钢拱壁在应力很小的情况下即可发生局部屈曲变形,应增加钢拱内部的纵向加劲肋和隔板数量,增大肋板厚度和尺寸。水平往复静载试验结果表明,钢拱在面外水平往复荷载作用下,表现出良好的整体稳定性和耗能能力,具有较强的平面外刚度和延性。优化钢拱轴线曲线,可有效减小拱身弯矩,改善钢拱受力状态。结合试验分析,为钢拱的结构设计提供了参考。

Experimental study on large-span steel arch in Shijiazhuang Railway Station

Abstract:Experimental tests on mechanical properties of vertical static load and horizontal reciprocating load of the upper steel arch of Shijiazhuang Railway Station were conducted. The vertical static load test results show that steel arch wall can produce local buckling deformation under a low stress,  so the number of longitudinal stiffeners and diaphragms inside steel arch should be increased and the size and the thickness of the rib should be increased. The horizontal reciprocating static load test results show that the steel arch has a good overall stability and energy dissipation capacity under the action of out-of-plane horizontal reciprocating loading,  and the steel arch has strong out-of-plane stiffness and ductility. The axis curve of the steel arch can be optimized to effectively reduce the bending moment of the steel arch and improve the mechanical state of the steel arch. Combined with the experimental analysis,  it provides a reference for the structural design of the steel arch.
