石家庄站主站房结构设计

[摘要]石家庄站是一座集铁路、地铁、城市道路交通换乘功能于一体的现代化大型交通枢纽工程。石家庄站以“拱桥”为表达主题,为建桥合一建筑。整个结构通过2道变形缝,自上而下分成3段,以减小东西向温度区段长度。首层结构为轨道层,采用了预应力技术解决大跨混凝土梁承载列车荷载的问题,同时应满足民用建筑和铁路桥梁规范的设计要求。高架候车层为混凝土柱、预应力混凝土梁的框架结构,屋面结构为三角形立体钢管桁架体系,通过6片箱形实腹钢拱墙支承在高架候车层上。为平衡拱脚推力,拱下框架梁采用了直线预应力筋与曲线预应力筋相结合的方式。同时,拱脚框架柱采用型钢混凝土柱,以提高结构的抗震性能。箱形实腹钢拱墙的采用充分体现了结构和建筑形态、效果的完全统一。三维实体模型的整体分析及罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析表明,结构体系具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of the main station building of Shijiazhuang Railway Station

Abstract:Shijiazhuang Railway Station is a modern large traffic hub project which contains transfer functions of subway, railway and urban road traffic. Arch bridge is the subject of the station, and the project of Shijiazhuang Railway Station is a building-bridge combined structure. In order to reduce the length of temperature segment along the east to west, the structure is divided into 3 sections by 2 deformation joints. The first floor structure is the track layer where pre-stressing technique is used to solve the problems of large-span concrete beam bearing the train loads. Meanwhile it should also meet the design requirements of civil building and railway bridge codes. The elevated waiting layer adopts frame structure composed of pre-stressed concrete beam and reinforcement concrete column. The roof structure adopts the triangle spatial steel tube truss system that is supported upon the elevated waiting layer through  six pieces of box-shaped and solid-web steel arch walls. In order to balance the huge push force of the arch foot, straight pre-stressed tendons and curve pre-stressed tendons are combined in the frame beam under the arch wall. The steel reinforced concrete columns are used in the frame column at the arch foot to develop seismic performance of the structure. The perfect combination of architecture effect and structure effect is realized by using box-shaped and solid-web steel arch wall. The overall analysis and the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake on the three-dimensional solid model indicate that the whole structural system has good seismic performance.
