中美日钢框架结构抗震设计规定比较(Ⅰ):一般设计规定

摘 要

[摘要]对中国、美国和日本三国钢框架结构抗震设计相关规定进行了比较,比较了三个国家设计地震力取值水平、结构抗震等级划分、楼层层间位移角限值、钢柱和钢梁的板件宽厚比限值、钢梁水平侧向支撑设置要求等内容。通过以上比较,阐明了三个国家对于钢框架结构抗震设防思路的相同和不同之处、抗震设防的大致安全度水平。

Comparison of seismic design provisions for steel  frames in China, U.S. and  Japan(Ⅰ): general design rules

Abstract:The seismic design provisions for steel  frames in China, U.S. and Japan were compared in terms of design seismic force level, structural seismic grade division, story drift angle limitation, width-to-thickness ratio limitations for steel beams and columns and arrangement requirement for horizontal lateral bracing of steel beams. Through comparison, it intends to clarify the similarities and differences of seismic fortification thoughts of steel frame structure in the three countries and the safety levels of seismic fortification for China, U.S. and Japan.
