[摘要]昆明大成金融商务中心A塔高度199-7m、B塔高度130-8m,均采用钢框架(钢管混凝土柱)-钢框架偏心支撑内筒-组合楼板创新结构体系。在进行四种结构方案对比的基础上,选用既满足建筑使用功能,又相对经济和施工方便的结构方案。针对项目的超限情况提出合适的性能目标,逐一进行分析和论证,并采取了相应加强措施。针对创新结构体系的特点,专门进行了整体稳定性分析,结果表明主体结构抗震性能优越。

Structural design of Dacheng Financial Business Center in Kunming

Abstract:Dacheng Financial Business Center in Kunming has A tower with height of 199-7m and B tower with height of 130-8m. Both towers adopt the innovative structural system of steel frame (steel tube filled with concrete column) -steel frame eccentric braced inner tube- composite floor. On the basis of the comparison of four structural schemes, the structural scheme was selected to not only meet the building service function, but also to achieve the economy and construction convenience. Appropriate performance objectives were put forward in view of the project′s out-of-code situation and objectives were analyzed and demonstrated one by one, and the corresponding strengthening measures were taken. According to the characteristics of the innovation structural system, the whole stability analysis was carried out specifically. The results show that the main structure has superior seismic performance.
