万达长白山室内水乐园大跨钢屋盖设计

[摘要]万达长白山室内水乐园为罕见的大跨坡屋顶管桁架结构,由于坡屋面建筑造型易造成积雪,且屋面高低错落易造成堆雪,雪荷载远远大于常规轻钢屋面,成为设计主要控制荷载。国内荷载规范对此类屋面的雪荷载规定过于简单且偏于不安全,本工程按美国荷载规范进行雪荷载取值。本工程杆件截面尺寸大,杆件交汇处节点复杂,对结构的整体受力、雪荷载合理取值、整体屈曲、节点分析、施工阶段模拟等进行了详细研究,保证了结构的安全。

Design of large-span steel roof of Changbai Mountain International Resort′s Wanda Water Park

Abstract:Changbai Mountain International Resort′s Wanda Water Park is a rare large-span pipe truss structure with slope roof. The architectural shape of slope roof tends to cause snow-covered area and the up-and-down roof is easy to cause snowdrifts, so the snow load is far greater than that of conventional light steel roof and becomes main controlling design load. The regulations of domestic load codes for snow load of this kind of roof are too simple and tend to be unsafe. US load code was used to compute the value of snow load of this project. The sizes of members′ sections are large and the junctions of members are very complex. The overall mechanism of the structure, reasonable value of snow load, overall buckling, node analysis and construction stage simulation were researched in detail to ensure the safety of the structure.
