[摘要]武汉万达K7-3办公楼为超B级高度的超高层结构,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。设计过程中采用了基于性能的设计方法,并采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,本工程结构体系合理,在罕遇地震作用下,仅有部分角部剪力墙出现了中等破坏,大部分墙肢发生了轻微破坏,结构变形满足《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)要求,结构整体受力性能良好,满足罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能目标。

Elastic-plastic time-history analysis of super high-rise structure of Wanda K7-3 office building in Wuhan

Abstract:The Wanda K7-3 office building in Wuhan is a super high-rise structure whose height exceeds the limit of B-level requirement in code. It adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system. In the design process, the performance-based design method was adopted, and ABAQUS software was used to conduct the elastic-plastic time-history analysis on the structure under the rare earthquake. The analysis results show that the project has reasonable structural system. Under the rare earthquake, only part of the corner shear walls appear moderate damage. Most of the wall limbs occur slight damage. The structure deformation meets the requirements in Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings(JGJ 3—2010). The overall structure has good mechanical performance and meets seismic performance objectives under the rare earthquake.
