[摘要]青岛光大国际高层公寓楼平面为Z字形,北塔楼结构高度为129-85m,南塔楼结构高度为103-95m,两塔楼之间由细腰相连,平面、立面均不规则,通过比较是否设置防震缝,最终确定了不设缝的结构方案。对不设缝的结构方案分别采用YJK,ETABS软件进行计算分析。结果表明,通过合理调整结构布置,可以使平面、立面均不规则的结构避免扭转不规则,使不分缝的结构方案更加合理,并极大地节约了工程造价。

Discussion on structural joint of Qingdao Everbright International high-rise apartment building

Abstract:Qingdao Everbright International high-rise apartment building has zigzag plane. The north tower has structural height of 129-85m and south tower has structural height of 103-95m. The two towers are connected by slender waist, and both of plane and elevation are irregular. By comparing whether to set seismic joints, the structural scheme was eventually determined without seismic joints. YJK and ETABS programs were used to calculate and analyze the structural scheme without seismic joints. The results show that through reasonable adjustments of the layout of the structure, torsional irregularity can be avoided in the horizontal and vertical irregular structure. It can make the structural scheme without seismic joints more reasonable, and greatly saves the cost of the project.
