日照万丽海景超限高层结构设计

[摘要]日照万丽海景项目属超A级高度高层建筑,为框架-核心筒结构体系。采用SATWE和MIDAS Building两种软件进行了小震弹性计算,并比较了安评报告与规范不同的动参数取值所对应的不同结果。结果表明,结构的周期比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。对结构进行了弹性时程分析时采用3条地震波,计算结果表明波的选取合理,计算所得3条地震波的平均层间位移均满足规范要求。对结构进行静力弹塑性分析,计算所得结构抗倒塌曲线的层间位移角满足规范限值要求。

Structural design on out-of-code high-rise buildings of Renaissance Harbor View Building in Rizhao

Abstract:Renaissance Harbor View Building  in Rizhao project  is a high-rise building exceeding A-level height requirement of codes. It adopts frame-corewall structural system. Programs of SATWE and MIDAS building were used to conduct the elastic calculation under the frequent earthquakes, and different results corresponding to different dynamic parameter values of safety evaluation report and codes were compared. Results show that, period ratio and interlayer displacement angle of the structure meet specification requirements. When the elastic time-history analysis of the structure was carried out, 3 seismic waves were adopted. The calculation results indicate that the wave selection is reasonable, and the average interlayer displacement of the structure under 3 seismic waves can meet the requirement of the standard. The static elastic-plastic analysis was conducted on the structure and interlayer displacement angle of calculated anti-collapse curve of the structure meet the requirements of the specification limits.
