[摘要]青岛环球金融中心1#,2#塔楼屋顶结构高度分别为162-9,162-4m,均为超A级高度的超限高层建筑,采用大底盘双塔楼框架-核心筒结构。在结构设计中对整体结构体系及构件布置进行优化,使之具有良好的抗震性能。采用性能化设计方法,除保证结构在小震下处于弹性阶段外,还补充了主要构件在中震、大震作用下的性能要求。采用SAUSAGE软件进行动力弹塑性分析,保证了结构大震不倒。通过概念设计及计算结果,对关键构件进行了适当加强。通过以上措施,结构抗震性能目标能够达到C级,结构可行并且是安全的。

Structural design on No.1 and No.2 towers of Qingdao World Financial Center

Abstract:The structural height of roofs for No. 1 and No. 2 towers of Qingdao World Financial Center is 162-9,162-4m respectively, which are out-of-code high-rise buildings whose height exceeds the height requirement of A-level of the code. Frame-corewall structure with large base and twin towers was adopted. In the structural design, the overall structural system and component layout were optimized, so that it can have a good seismic performance. Performance-based design method was adopted to ensure that the structure was in elastic stage under frequent earthquake, and the method also added the performance requirements of main components under fortification and rare earthquakes. SAUSAGE software was used to conduct the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis to ensure that the structure would not collapse under rare earthquake. Based on the concept design and calculation results, the key components were properly strengthened. Through above measures, the structural seismic performance objective can reach C-level, and the structure is feasible and safe.
