青岛华润中心悦府项目超限高层多塔结构设计

[摘要]青岛华润中心悦府项目一期工程包括2栋超高层和3栋高层建筑,采用混凝土剪力墙结构体系。2栋超高层建筑结构高度201.15m,由于底部大堂空间需要,有4片剪力墙在3层楼面转换;3栋高层建筑结构高度105-75m。采用SATWE和ETABS软件进行了小震弹性计算,并比较了安评报告与规范中规定的不同地震动参数取值所对应的结果,结果表明,结构的周期比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。采用MIDAS/Gen对结构进行动力弹塑性分析,结果表明,结构抗震性能较好,可满足预设的罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能目标。

Structural design on out-of-code high-rise multi-tower buildings of Qingdao Huarun Center Yuet House

Abstract:The first phase project of Qingdao Huarun Center Yuet House includes two super high-rise buildings and three tall buildings. Concrete shear wall structural system is adopted. Structural height of 2 super high-rise buildings is 201m. Due to the need for the bottom lobby space, there is a floor transfer of 4 pieces of shear walls on third floor. Structural height of 3 high-rise buildings is 105-75m. Programs of SATWE and ETABS were used to conduct elastic calculation under the frequent earthquakes, and results corresponding to different dynamic parameter values of safety evaluation report and codes were compared. Results show that period ratio and interlayer displacement angle of the structure meet specification requirements. MIDAS/Gen software was used to conduct dynamic elastic-plastic analysis on the structure. The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is well, which can meet the preset seismic performance objectives under rare earthquake.
