国瑞·西安国际金融中心超长灌注桩静载试验设计与数据分析

[摘要]国瑞·西安国际金融中心主塔楼地上75层,地下4层,建筑总高度349-7m,为目前西北地区在建第一高楼。综合周边工程设计资料和勘察报告,塔楼采用混凝土灌注桩基础方案,桩基采用桩径1-0m、有效桩长约70m的超长桩。鉴于目前该地区超长灌注桩施工经验尚不充分,为了更准确地了解桩基承载性状进行了专门的试验桩工程。在调研分析周边高层建筑桩基设计方案的基础上,选取桩径为1-0m、施工桩长达76m的桩进行试验桩工程,采用反循环成孔施工工艺及桩侧桩端后注浆工艺。检测成果表明,成孔质量、桩身完整性均满足规范和设计要求,76m长的试验桩单桩竖向极限承载力均可取30 000kN,根据勘察报告提供的桩侧摩阻力和采用滑动测微应力测算得到桩侧摩阻力计算,有效桩长为70m的单桩竖向抗压极限承载力可取为28 000kN。完备的试验桩设计、施工及检测工程为后续的工程桩设计提供了可靠的依据。

Static loading test design and data analysis on super-long bored pile of Glory\5Xi′ an International Financial Center

Abstract:The main tower of Glory\5Xi′an International Financial Center has overground 75 floors and 4 floors underground, and the total height of the building is 349-7m. It′s the highest building under construction currently in the northwest region of China. Considering surrounding engineering design data and survey report, the tower adopts the concrete bored pile foundation scheme with super-long piles of pile diameter of 1-0m and effective pile length of about 70m. In view of the fact that the construction experience of super-long bored pile in this area is not enough, the special test pile project was carried out in order to understand the bearing capacity of the pile foundation more accurately. Based on the research analysis on the surrounding high-rise building pile foundation design scheme, piles with pile diameter of 1-0m and construction pile length up to 76m were chosen to test. The pile adopted reverse circulation pile hole-drilling construction process and pile side & end post grouting technology. Test results show that hole-drilling quality and completeness of pile body shall meet the specification and design requirements, and vertical ultimate bearing capacity of 76m long test single pile is 30 000kN. According to the pile side friction resistance calculated by the micro stress at pile sliding side and pile side friction resistance provided by survey report, single pile vertical compression ultimate bearing capacity is recommended as 28 000kN for pile with effective pile length of 70m. The complete test pile design, construction and detection engineering provide a reliable basis for the design of the following engineering piles.
