基于BIM的装配式混凝土建筑构件系统设计分析与研究

[摘要]装配式混凝土建筑设计注重全生命周期的设计与应用,BIM技术是解决装配式混凝土建筑全产业链的信息集成与传递的重要手段。其中,预制构件是装配式混凝土建筑中重要的组成部分,利用BIM技术,对预制构件系统进行分析研究,提出装配式混凝土建筑中各类预制构件的适用性,BIM构件库的建立原则;分析产业链中设计、施工、生产、安装等环节对预制构件设计的影响权重,并提出了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑深化设计的方法。通过BIM技术有效解决了装配式混凝土建筑产业链各环节的信息协同与传递、重复工作量增加、设计周期加长及建造成本大幅增加等问题。

Research on design and analysis of prefabricated concrete building component system based on BIM

Abstract:The design of prefabricated concrete building focuses on the whole life-cycle design and application. Building Information Modeling(BIM) is precisely the solution for information integration and transmission of whole industry chain of prefabricated concrete building. Meanwhile, the prefabricated component is the key part of prefabricated concrete building. The prefabricated component system was studied and analyzed with the technology of BIM. The adaptability of various prefabricated components in prefabricated concrete building was proposed and the establishment principle of BIM component library was proposed. Besides, the main influential weights of factors on prefabricated component design were analyzed including factors of design, construction, production and installation links in the industrial chain. Finally, the detailed design method of prefabricated concrete building based on BIM was proposed. The technology of BIM effectively solved the problems such as the information coordination and transmission, the increase of the repeated workload, the increase of design cycle, and the large increase of construction cost in industrial chains of the prefabricated concrete building.
