[摘要]联想北京园区某办公楼采用钢框架-中心支撑结构体系,存在多处水平及竖向不规则项。采用SATWE和MIDAS软件对结构进行了反应谱分析和多遇地震下的弹性时程分析;对大跨度桁架进行了人行激励下的舒适度验算;采用ABAQUS软件进行了罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of an office building in Lenovo Beijing Campus

Abstract:An office building in Lenovo Beijing Campus adopts the structural system of concentrically braced steel frame. It has many horizontal and vertical irregular items. Response spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis under frequently occurred earthquakes were conducted using SATWE and MIDAS respectively. Comfort degree evaluation was conducted on large-span trusses induced by human walking excitation. Dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes was conducted using ABAQUS software. Calculating results show that the structure has good seismic performance.
