北京丽泽金融商务区F02,F03地块结构设计

[摘要]北京丽泽金融商务区F02,F03地块工程为一大底盘多塔结构,地下室部分连为一个整体,地上为两个结构单元。本工程为超限高层,其中的F02-2,F03双塔高裙房连体单元结构较复杂,存在超高及立面收进超限问题,且两个塔楼连接较弱,在设计中采用SATWE,MIDAS,PERFORM-3D程序进行了多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震下的分析,并考虑了整体计算中出现的裙房范围剪力缺失问题,针对裙房剪力墙较少问题补充了裙房分块计算,对两个塔楼弱连接处进行了楼板应力分析。结果表明,本工程结构体系可以满足预定抗震性能目标,采取的各种措施合理,结构安全可靠。

Structural design of buildings in F02 and F03 plots of Beijing Lize Financial Business District

Abstract:The buildings in F02 and F03 plots in Beijing Lize Financial Business District are  multi-tower buildings with a large podium. The structural basement of the project is connected into a whole, while the above ground structure is divided into two structural parts. The project is an out-of-code high-rise building, and the structure of twin-tower high-podium connecting structure formed by F02-2 tower and F03 tower is complex, which has out-of-code items of height and facade income, and the connection between two towers is weak. SATWE, MIDAS and PERFORM-3D programs were used to carry out analyses under the frequent earthquake, precautionary earthquake and rare earthquake respectively in the design. The problem of the lack of shear force in the podium range was considered in overall calculation. The number of shear wall is very small in the podium range, to the problem, the podium block model calculations were added. The floor stress analysis in weak connection between two towers was carried out. The results show that the structural system can meet the intended seismic performance objectives, the various measures adopted in the design are reasonable, the structure is safety and reliability.
