[摘要]昆明科技金融中心塔楼结构高度为195-8m,塔楼核心筒平面呈L形布置,分别对其结构体系方案、加强层方案、支撑布置方案及不同方案的经济技术指标进行了对比分析。最终选用了钢管混凝土框架-钢支撑结构体系这一经济合理的结构方案,沿结构高度方向布置了三道腰桁架。对结构多项指标超限情况采用基于性能化的抗震设计方法,并进行了弹性和弹塑性时程分析。结果表明,该结构体系安全可行,可满足预期的抗震性能要求。

Structural system optimization and economic comparison of Kunming Technology and Financial Center tower

Abstract:Kunming Technology and Financial Center tower has structural height of 195-8m and the core-wall of the tower features L-shape in plane. Economic and technical indices of different structure schemes, waist truss schemes, outriggers schemes and brace schemes were analyzed and compared. Concrete-filled steel tubular frame-steel braced structure scheme was finally adopted for its economy and reasonability. There were three waist trusses along the structure′s height direction in this structure scheme. Performance-based seismic design method was adopted considering the condition that multiple structural indicators are out-of-code. The elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analyses were carried out. Results show that the structural system is safe and feasible and can meet the expected seismic performance requirements.
