鲁-台经贸中心展厅复杂钢结构设计

[摘要]鲁-台经贸中心包括展览区、商业区、共享大厅等功能区,主体采用框架-剪力墙结构,外围采用钢结构网壳围合成整体。展览区是双层展厅,展厅楼面和屋面均采用钢桁架体系。楼层结构采用双向布置的钢桁架,是由主桁架、次桁架、小桁架等组成的多层次桁架系统。屋面采用大跨空间钢桁架结构,主桁架为倒三角形管桁架,跨度72m。通过边桁架、拉结桁架和上弦支撑等,将主桁架拉结成为整体。本项目钢结构具有空间造型复杂、跨度大、荷载重、结构超长等特点。采用多种程序建立空间模型,对结构进行整体分析和多种补充分析,包括:楼层钢结构活荷载不利布置分析、竖向振动分析;屋面钢桁架稳定分析;整体结构动力弹塑性分析等。对重点部位和重点构件提出专门的性能目标。重视钢结构节点和构造设计,保证钢结构的安全性和冗余性。项目已投入使用,钢结构受力性能良好,结构体系安全可行。

Complex steel structural design of exhibition hall for Shandong-Taiwan Exhibition Center

Abstract:Shandong-Taiwan Exhibition Center includes exhibition areas, commercial areas and a public hall. The main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall, with peripheral steel structure latticed shell to enclose as a whole. The exhibition hall is double layered, and floor and roof structure adopt steel truss system. The floor structure adopts two-way steel truss system which is composed of a multi-level truss system including main truss, secondary truss and floor truss. The roof structure adopts large-span spatial steel truss system, with the main truss of inverted triangle steel tube truss and span of 72m. Through the side truss, pulling truss and upper cord bracing, the main truss is connected as a whole. The steel structure has the following characteristics, such as: complex spatial relationship, large span, heavy load and super length. Different calculation programs were used to establish the spatial calculation models and conduct the whole structure analysis and multiple supplementary analyses, including: the unfavorable live load distribution analysis and vertical vibration analysis for floor steel structure; stability analysis for the roof steel truss; dynamic elastic-plastic analysis for the whole structure. Specific performance objectives were developed for key parts and components. The steel joint and detail design were emphasized to ensure the safety and robust of the steel structure. The project has been put into use, the steel structural works in good condition, and the steel structural system is safe and reliable.
