桂林两江国际机场T2航站楼钢结构屋盖设计

[摘要]桂林两江国际机场T2航站楼主体采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,中心区屋盖采用空间实腹拱支撑+单层壳体钢结构体系,支撑拱最大跨度120m。通过试算一系列曲线方程模拟建筑屋盖面,较好地实现了建筑与结构的统一。根据屋盖受力特点,确定采用空间曲线拱支撑体系,获得了很好的建筑空间。为确保抵抗拱推力,在群桩抗剪承载力满足拱座推力的情况下,采用预应力拉杆仍能平衡拱推力。经过详细的受力分析及稳定性分析,结构承载力满足要求,同时对结构薄弱部位予以构造加强。考虑行波效应对结构超长引起的扭转影响问题,通过分析提出了相应的结构构件抗扭加强措施。

Steel roof design of Guilin Liangjiang International Airport Terminal T2

Abstract:The main building of Guilin Liangjiang International Airport Terminal T2 adopts the steel reinforced concrete frame structure, and the central roof uses the spatial solid web arch support and single-shell steel structural system with the largest supporting arch span of 120m. Through the calculations of a series of building roof surface simulated by curve equations, the unity of architecture and structure was realized better. According to the mechanical characteristics of the roof, the spatial curve arch supporting system was determined to obtain good architectural space. In order to ensure the resistance to the arch thrust, pre-stressed tensile bars could still balance arch thrust although shear bearing capacity of pile group satisfy the arch thrust requirement. The results of detailed mechanical analysis and stability analysis show that the structure bearing capacity could meet the requirements. The structural weak positions were reinforced with structural details. Considering the torsional problem caused by traveling wave effect on super-long structure, the torsional strengthening measures on corresponding structural components were put forward.
