软弱夹层地基的极限承载力分析

[摘要]高层建筑中的软弱夹层地基处理起来比较困难,最终不得不采用桩基等低性价比方案,对其极限承载力的研究需求比较迫切。对软弱夹层地基承载力进行研究,结果表明:现行地基基础规范未考虑土层界面的摩擦作用,对软弱夹层地基承载力的规定偏于保守,而薄层挤压理论可给出合理结果;对文中工程算例考虑土层界面摩擦作用后,软弱夹层地基承载力有较大富余,表明采用天然地基方案是可行的。

Ultimate bearing capacity analysis of soft interlayer foundation

Abstract:It is hard to cope with the soft interlayer foundation of high-rise buildings, therefore the low cost performance scheme such as pile foundation scheme has to be adopted eventually and the need to study its ultimate bearing capacity is urgent. The bearing capacity of soft interlayer foundation was studied. The results show that the current foundation specification does not consider soil interface friction, and specifications on bearing capacity of soft interlayer foundation are conservative and thin-layer squeezing theory can give a reasonable result; considering soil interface friction in the engineering example, bearing capacity of soft interlayer foundation has large surplus, indicating that it′s feasible to adopt the natural foundation scheme.
