国际工程项目中对中美技术标准结构钢材应用的替代研究

[摘要]以某国际工程中钢结构安装项目为例,对比分析国标Q235B,Q345 钢材与美标A36,A572.Gr50钢材在化学成分、屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率及冷弯性能等物理力学性能方面的差异。以该工程中的单跨简支梁为例进行受力分析,对比了中美型钢受力的差异性。实践证明,采用国标的结构钢构件可以替代美标结构钢构件,可以节约项目成本、加快施工进度,同时为我国钢结构技术标准在国际工程中的应用提供重要的参考。

Research on replacement of structural steels according to Chinese and American technical standards in an international engineering project

Abstract:Taking the steel structure installation project in an international engineering as an example, differences in physical and mechanical properties for the Q235B and Q345 steel of Chinese standard and A36 and A572.Gr50 steel of American Standard were compared and analyzed in perspectives of chemical composition, yield strength, tensile strength, extension rate and the cold bending property. The mechanical analysis was carried out on a single span simply supported beam in the project for an example to compare the mechanical differences of Chinese and American structural steels. Practice has proved that the structural steel members of Chinese standard can replace standard structural steel members of American standard to save the cost of the project and speed up the construction progress. At the same time, it provides important reference for application of Chinese steel structure technical standards in the international projects.
