折线先张预应力混凝土箱梁受力性能试验研究

(1 郑州大学土木工程学院,郑州 450002; 2 郑州大学综合设计研究院,郑州 450002)[摘要]折线先张预应力梁是采用先张法张拉折线形钢绞线的一种新型预应力混凝土梁,已开始在桥梁工程中应用。结合某高速公路淮河桥工程,进行了跨度为35m的折线先张法预应力混凝土箱梁受力性能试验,对钢绞线的预应力损失,混凝土的应力,箱梁的抗裂性能、挠度以及承载力进行了分析。结果表明折线先张预应力混凝土箱梁的受力性能良好,为工程应用提供了依据。[关键词]预应力混凝土; 先张法; 折线形预应力筋; 受弯承载力Experimental study on bending behavior of prestressed concrete box beam with pretensioned bent-up tendonsWang Xinyu1, Liu Jiahui2, Liu Lixin1(1 School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450002, China;2 Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract:Prestressed concrete beams with pretensioned bent-up tendons are newly prestressed beams, and have been used in bridge engineering. Combining with the engineering of Huaihe River Bridge, the test of a prestressed concrete box beam with pretensioned bent-up tendons under loading, which has a span length of 35m, was carried out. The prestress losses of tendons, the stress of concrete, the cracking resistance, the deflection and the flexural capacity of the prestressed concrete box beam were analyzed.
